By enrolling in a Greenhaus subscription, you agree to the following Subscription Terms, in addition to our general Terms & Conditions. Subscription orders renew automatically every 3 months unless cancelled.
2. Subscription Billing Cycle

Greenhaus subscriptions run in 3-month billing cycles.

Your payment method will be charged every 3 months based on your original purchase date.

You will receive email confirmation for each renewal.
3. Auto-Renewal
Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled before the next renewal date.
You will continue to receive all shipments already paid for, even if you cancel before they ship.
4. How to Cancel
You may cancel anytime by:

Cancellations apply to future billing cycles only.
We do not refund subscription payments once a new cycle has begun.
5. Refunds & Returns
Subscription charges are non-refundable once processed.
We do not accept returns on opened products.
If your delivery arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we will replace it at no cost.
6. Updating Your Payment Information
You are responsible for keeping your billing information current.

Subscription orders follow the same shipping terms as one-time purchases.

Customers may pause their subscription once per cycle through their account settings.
Pausing will delay the next billing date but will not cancel the subscription.
