GREENHAUS ESSENTIALS:

FROM GREENHAUS LABS:
EXCELLENCE
IN EVERY FORMULA

Dosage Options

Start with one capsule with a meal. That gives you about half of what you need each day.

Once you feel comfortable taking it (no nausea), you can move up to two capsules a day with a meal to get the full amount

Softgels

The problem with gummies isn’t just the sugar — it’s that they leave out a lot of important nutrients because there’s only so much a gummy can hold. We use softgels so you get a fuller, more complete formula that your body can absorb efficiently.

Fresh Scent

Most multivitamins also have a unpleasant odor. We include a small aroma tab to keep your bottle fresh without changing the formula.

Manufactured in USA

By PharmaCenter, a leading provider of natural supplement products and services, with nearly 20 years of experience in the industry.

The SCIENCE

Over 90% of Americans don’t get enough key nutrients from food alone — particularly vitamin D, magnesium, and potassium (CDC, 2023).

It’s not laziness. It’s low nutrients. Sometimes your foggy brain or low energy isn’t a mindset issue — it’s a micronutrient one.

You’re not just tired, your cells are.
Stress literally burns through your nutrients. Most people think stress is mental but, it’s also chemical.

Chronic stress depletes magnesium and vitamin C — both crucial for regulating cortisol (NIH, 2021). Caffeine can wake you up. Nutrients can keep you up.

Small, repeated health behaviors (like taking a multivitamin) compound into measurable outcomes in mood, immunity, and cognition (American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, 2021).

Anxiety? Brain fog? Before you Google your symptoms, try nutrients first. B vitamins (especially B6, B12, and folate) are essential for neurotransmitter production and cognitive function (NIH, 2023).
